In just 6 months, I was able to source and successfully implement a new accounting software for managing internal inventory and vendors using SAP Concur. Within 7 months, I completely overhauled our company's local storage space, which previously had no structure, into a 10x20 unit with additional shelving and lighting for improved usability. Additionally, I also implemented a digital inventory tracking system to better managed our stock.

During my time as an Executive Assistant and acting Office Manager, I focused on creating a structure that would help our employees thrive. I carefully selected and hired the right people to facilitate ongoing projects and support the growth of the business. Additionally, I provided 24/7 personal support and accompanied the executive while traveling. I was also responsible for managing and supporting three house locations across two different states.

I managed the design and development of a new intranet platform for the company. My responsibilities included gathering requirements from different departments and translating them into clear and concise developer specifications. I coordinated heavily with management and ensured that the application integrated seamlessly into the corporation's network and software infrastructure. The application was designed to be easily ported to various departments with minimal effort. As part of my role, I promoted the company by conducting internal seminars for continuing education (CPE) credits resources to local Family Law Attorneys to help them further their knowledge of Forensic Accounting. Additionally, I successfully organized departmental education events on and off-site for the Partners and CPA Staff. I also played a key role in the company's expansion by acquiring and setting up new office space in Orange County. Finally, I served as an Emergency Safety Warden for four years.
